Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information billionplans.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The site is run by Poornatha. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form or the enquiry pop-up, we collect your name, email address, phone number and your message. You give us these yourself, and we use them only to reply to you.
When you visit the site, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used: which pages people visit, where they click and how far they scroll. Clarity records visits without your name, and it masks what you type into forms. It sets cookies in your browser to do this.
To stop spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that the form is being filled in by a person, using signals from your browser. It does not ask for any personal details.
We do not collect payment details, identity numbers or passwords. The site has no accounts or log-ins.
How we use it
We use your contact details to answer your enquiry and to talk to you about our programmes if you asked us to. We use visit information to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other visitors or clients.
Who else handles it
Your enquiry is stored on servers we use to run our websites, and the people on our team who answer enquiries can see it. Microsoft (Clarity) and Cloudflare (Turnstile) handle the visit and spam-check information described above, under their own privacy policies. We may share information if the law requires it, for example in response to a court order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies
Clarity uses cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it
- stop contacting you
You can also withdraw any consent you gave, and you can name someone to act for you if you are unable to. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
